Cold Pressed was established in 2018 to solve a specific problem in the bar industry. In a hectic workday, a lot of time and resources were spent pressing limes and lemons. We wanted to develop a product that would reduce both time and costs — without compromising on taste.

The result was Cold Pressed — cold-pressed juice of the highest quality, completely free of additives, and with a long shelf life thanks to gentle HPP technology. Today, we are the preferred choice among many of Norway’s top bars and restaurants, offering a complete range — both drinking juices and juices for use as ingredients.

In 2025, we took the next step by launching freeze-dried fruit. Just like HPP, freeze-drying has significant advantages compared to traditional drying. The method preserves aroma, essential oils, and nutrients — giving the fruit a fresh fragrance and rich flavor. When the fruit is added to liquid, it rehydrates and regains its original form.

This makes it far more versatile than traditional garnish — and perfect as a natural flavor enhancer in sparkling water, soft drinks, cocktails, lemonades, and mocktails.

We are two guys with extensive experience from the HORECA industry — and a shared passion for quality, taste, and profitability.

On the left, you see James, our Sales Manager. He has a long track record in the bar and cocktail scene and is known for his sharp palate and ability to develop menus that both delight guests and boost profitability.

On the right is Valdemar, our CEO, with a solid background in restaurant operations and food distribution. Among other things, he helped make Scandinavian cuisine mainstream in the UK.

Cold Pressed Juice is made exclusively from the highest quality fruits and vegetables and pressed without any heating. After bottling, the juice undergoes the HPP method (High Pressure Processing), a gentle process that uses high pressure instead of heat or additives. This preserves taste, color, vitamins, and nutrients, and extends the shelf life to up to 60 days.

Unlike pasteurised juice, which is heat-treated and loses much of the goodness from the fruit, our technology delivers a natural, fresh, and nutrient-rich juice — just as it should be. If you notice the juice separating, dont worry! It is simply a sign of unharmed enzymes and a seal of quality — just give the bottle a quick shake before use.
